Ingredients

Beetroot

Soy sauce

Crème fraîche
200 Grams
Garlic
1 Clove
Lemon

Pepper
1 Pinch
Sugar
1 Teaspoon

Steps

  1. Peel and finely grate red beets and apples. Peel, fillet and cut the oranges into small pieces.
  2. For the dressing stir crème fraîche, lemon juice and finely cut garlic. Sugar, salt and pepper make the taste perfect.
  3. Mix red beet, apples and oranges thoroughly with the dressing.
  4. Brown the sunflower seeds lightly in a pan and glaze with soy sauce.
  5. Arrange the lettuce on plates and sprinkle the sunflower seeds over it.
