Olive Oil
160 Millilitres
Salt

Pepper

Steps

  1. Cut chicory 2 cm higher than core end in order to remove leaves easily.
  2. Cut radicchio into fine strips.
  3. Wash and spin corn salad.
  4. Peel and segment the oranges.
  5. Crack nuts and divide into some pieces each.
  6. Decorate salad leaves and oranges on a plate and garnish with walnuts.
  7. For the dressing, put all ingredients in a bowl and blend into a fine emulsion. Season to taste.
  8. Drizzle dressing over salad.
